Sometimes we struggle with being authentically ourselves. Whether by current comparisons, or past judgements, or something else altogether~we aren’t living up to the standards we think we should be. We are SO WORRIED about what others are thinking. What they are saying. How THEY are JUDGING!!! We really need to just kick that stinking thinking to the curb and learn to love ourselves JUST THE WAY WE ARE. EVERYTHING starts from within~EVERYTHING!!!! Our own positive thinking also AFFECTS EVERYTHING!!!
